The pace of our one hour class is steady with lots of time to explore classical exercises through repetition and exploration. Taking weekly ballet classes helps your body to keep supple, you will improve, balance, core strength, posture, confidence, musicality, spacial awareness, muscle tone & flexibility.

Dancing & take ballet class is a wonderful way especially in winter months to keep your whole body strong & supple!



ADVANCED ADULT BAlLET

TUESDAY’S , 6.30-8.00 - £10

Our more advanced classes are open to everyone, we work on many more excercises at the barre, including some more technical classical steps. The pace of class is steady with lots of time for practice & repetition! These classes are great if you wish to be pushed a little further in terms of technique & stamina!

Classical Ballet is used as the core structure in all our adult ballet classes, combining the technical aspects of classical ballet technique, working key muscle groups in specially created exercises at the barre and in the centre.

Muscle tone, core strength and flexibility can improve along with stamina, posture, balance, confidence and so much more!

Created back in 2014 our Wednesday evening ballet class is now our longest running class with many original dancers still attending each week, we are celebrating our 10th year!

Private Ballet Tuition

Private tuition offers clients the opportunity and freedom to work on a one to one basis focusing on your own individual needs and goals.

There are an array of options to choose from with the flexibility of bringing a friend along to join you. One hour private lesson is £35 which includes the hire of the studio.
